【材料例】
* ごま油200ml
* 粉唐辛子 20g
* 鷹の爪2～3本
* しょうが 1～2片
* ニンニク 4～5片
* 長ネギ 少々
* 花山椒 少々
* 塩 少々
* 砂糖 少々
* 醤油 少々
【作り方】
1. 基本的に全部小口切りなどで小さく刻む。
2. 鍋にごま油、粉唐辛子、鷹の爪、長ネギ、しょうが、ニンニク、花山椒をいれ、加熱する。
3. 煮立ってきたら火を弱め、じっくり熱して風味を油に移します。焦がさないように注意！
4. 火傷や火の元に気をつけ、安全な場所で冷まして、できあがり！
